This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
What we collect and why
Orders and delivery
Name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, order contents and order history.
Purpose: to process and deliver your order, handle returns and provide support. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
Payments
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, including the methods it offers such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Klarna. We receive only the confirmation of payment and the last digits of the card.
Legal basis: performance of our contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.
Carts that are not completed
If you enter your email address at checkout but do not place the order, that address and the contents of your cart are saved in our system, and may be used to remind you that your cart is waiting.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to support@maisonbellucci.com.
Contact form and newsletter
The email address and message you send us, so that we can answer you and send you news about our collections if you signed up.
Legal basis: your consent. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe option.
Customer account
If you create one, your login details and saved addresses.

Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies for this site in your browser.
Essential cookies are always active and require no consent. They keep your cart, your chosen language, your chosen currency, your login session and the choice you made on the cookie banner.
Audience measurement. Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic, tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they read.
Advertising. The Meta pixel lets us measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant products to people who have visited the site.
Who we share data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the store:
Stripe — payment processing
Automattic and WooCommerce — the software running the store, and Jetpack Stats
Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, only if you accepted
SiteGround — hosting
Carriers and fulfilment partners — delivery of your order
Our accountant and, where legally required, the tax authorities
Transfers outside the European Union
Two of our providers are established in the United States: Meta Platforms and Automattic. When cookies are accepted, some data is transferred there. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
Orders and invoices — for the period required by Czech accounting and tax law.
Customer account — for as long as the account exists, then deleted on request.
Incomplete carts — deleted after a short period if the order is not completed.
Contact messages — up to three years after our last exchange.
Newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
Cookies — for the duration set for each cookie, and at most 13 months for non-essential ones.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, restrict or object to a processing activity, and withdraw a consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@maisonbellucci.com. We answer within one month.
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic — uoou.gov.cz
You may also contact the data protection authority of the country where you live in the European Union.
Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever the tools or purposes described above change. The date below tells you which version is in force.
